Society Platform Agreement

This Society Platform Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Magpie Standard and collecting societies ("Society") using our white-label AI licensing infrastructure.

Magpie Standard provides: - White-label member portal for work registration - AI company licensing marketplace - Certificate generation and verification API - Revenue distribution tooling - Analytics and reporting dashboard

Your instance of Magpie Standard: - Displays your society's logo and branding - Uses your preferred terminology (e.g., "Member" vs "Creator") - Operates under your domain or subdomain - Maintains your visual identity throughout

As a Society partner, you agree to: - Verify member eligibility and rights ownership - Set appropriate licensing terms and pricing - Distribute royalties to members in a timely manner - Comply with all applicable regulations

This Agreement: - Commences on platform activation - Continues until terminated by either party - Requires 90 days written notice for termination - Includes data export provisions on termination
